One-side Rib Type

In order to make the static capacitance of aluminum electrolytic capacitors larger, to accomodate more elements (aluminum foil) is always required.

Kohoku Kogyo focused on the position of the pressed part of lead terminals for aluminum electrolytic capacitors, and developed the new shape type which allows the limited space of capacitors to contain more elements than standard type.

Compared with the standard type (right), the pressed part of the one-side rib type (left) is located on the side surface of round bar part.
