Our Approach to Sustainability
Basic Sustainability Policy
Under our management philosophy of "Practicing participatory management that respects diverse individuality and aiming to be a one-of-a-kind company through the creation of new value," our group contributes to the realization of a sustainable society through its business activities and aims to enhance corporate value from a medium- to long-term perspective. Regarding sustainability promotion, we will focus on the materiality identified by our group, centered on "Environment," "Social," and "Governance," and practice responsible sustainability management.

Materiality
Addressing Climate Change | At our sites, including headquarters and factories, we are working to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by introducing renewable energy sources such as solar power generation. In the future, we will set and work towards greenhouse gas reduction targets for each department. |
