Using a mold improves hole precision and process efficiency.
- The mold is assembled with multiple wires/rods.
- By pulling out the wires/rods after molding, precise hole arrangement is achieved.
- Finally, it is sintered to be vitrified.
50 μm Ultra-Fine Hole
The slurry casting method enables ultra-fine holes that are difficult to achieve by drilling.
We have achieved hole formation with a minimum diameter of 50 µm.
