Environment Policy and Philosophy

Environmental Policy

Kohoku Kogyo Group (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “our”) has been engaged in the businesses of designing, development, manufacturing and sales of electrolytic capacitor lead wire terminals, optical communication parts and aluminum/zirconium silicate small precision parts.

We shall endeavor to exist in harmony with local communities and to play a part in creating an environment-friendly society by promoting sustainable businesses activities.

  1. We shall endeavor to carry out appropriate activities by taking the impact of business activities on environment into consideration.
  2. We shall comply with the laws related to environmental aspects and observe the compliance on the environmental requirements which have been agreed upon by us.
  3. We shall comply with customers’ requirements related to chemical substances in products.
  4. We shall endeavor to promote continuous improvement of environmental management system and to prevent environmental pollution by setting and reviewing environmental objectives and goals.
  5. We shall enlighten and educate our employees and partners on environment.
  6. We shall publish this Policy.

  • Responding to the environmental regulations and guidance of the national, provincial and municipal governments, we will take all measures and correspond to the requirements thoroughly, with the environment as the top priority.
  • We will strive to collect environment-related information and thorough the environmental management in the organization, by improving the level with all member's participation.
